General Questions

When does the PPV event begin?
The event starts at 7:15PM (EST) and should run to about 11:45PM. Once you get to the site, purchase the fight. If you already purchased, use the login button. Sunday is the only night this event that will be live streamed.
Please note: You cannot rewind the event once it has started.
When is the replay available on-demand?
If you miss the fight live, the pay-per-view event replay will be available on demand shortly after the event until Tuesday, Aug 7th 11:59 PM EST. You will have 48 hours from the conclusion of the event to go back and watch it. Afterwards, it will be unavailable.
Trouble accessing the replay? We recommend refreshing your web browser 15-20 minutes after the conclusion of the event. The replay will be available on the same page that you streamed the live event.
I haven’t bought yet. Where do I purchase?

What are the minimum browser and/or hardware requirements for streaming the video?
To have the best experience live streaming the event on your computer or mobile device, use a supported, up-to-date browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Safari!
Minimum Web Browser Compatibility:

What are the minimum network requirements for streaming the video?
We recommend a Broadband connection with 10+ Mbps.
Attempting to stream the event while on a slow internet connection can cause issues with your experience: the video quality may be low, skip or buffer endlessly. Check to see if your network speeds are sufficient enough to stream the event.
Visit speedtest.net to run a test on your network to determine if it meets the minimum requirements. You will need at least 10 Mbps download speed on the network. Contact your internet service provider to upgrade your connection speeds.

Is the live video available in HD?
Yes! This online content is available in HD.
Can we watch outside of the United States?
Yes! The event will be available to all users outside of the United states and you will be able to access all Rough N’ Rowdy content.
Is it possible to watch the video in full screen?
Yes! You can click on the 'full screen' button that is located on the lower right corner of the video player control bar.
How to cast a Chrome tab on a Mac or Windows PC to a TV via Chromecast?
You can use Chromecast to see whatever is on your devices Chrome browser directly on your TV. Make sure your computer is connected to the same Wifi network your Chromecast was set up to use.
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. Click on the menu button on the top right (three vertical lines or dots) and tap Cast.
  3. Choose your Chromecast device where you want to watch the content. If you don’t see your Chromecast, make sure that your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast.

How to AirPlay the stream from my Mac or iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a TV via Apple TV?
You can use AirPlay to see whatever is on your device directly on your Apple TV.
  1. Open the live stream that you want to use with AirPlay.
  2. Tap from the videos toolbar.
  3. Choose your Apple TV where you want to watch the content . If you don’t see your Apple TV, make sure that your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV.

Can I watch Rough N’ Rowdy video content on my mobile device or PS4?
Yes. You can watch the fight on any Google Chrome or Safari compatible device.

Browser Troubleshooting

I am having a streaming issue. Help!
We take every precaution to ensure your video stream runs without issue, however on some occasions, technical difficulties can happen. Starting out, we recommend reading our comprehensive guide below for troubleshooting streaming issues. We’ve identified the most common contributors to a failed stream, and have outlined resolutions to them.
Live stream is not starting and only shows a black screen, spinning wheel or error message.
Try the following steps:
  1. Refresh your browser window. (You may have to refresh after purchasing or logging in.)
  2. Upgrade your browser (Older browsers might not be offering you the premium in speed and security to view this content).
  3. Try to access the stream from a different browser. (We recommend Chrome or Safari!)
  4. Try to stream the video in a new private window on Safari/Safari mobile or new incognito window with Chrome/Chrome mobile? (Remember to logout first and disable any ad-blockers!)
If you would like the best viewing experience, we recommend that you upgrade to the most recent version of your browser. You can select from the following supported browsers:
The video stopped playing completely.
Try the following steps:
  1. Refresh your browser (This will restart the stream!)
  2. If refreshing didn't help, try the following:
    1. Try to access the stream from a different browser. (Just remember to logout first!)
    2. Try to stream the video in a new private window on Safari/Safari mobile or new incognito window with Chrome/Chrome mobile? (Again, remember to logout first!)
    3. Disable ad-block and try to clear your browser's cache and cookies. If the browser you're using or a page you're viewing is displaying problems, try to clear the browser's cache first. If that doesn't fix the problem, try to clear the browser's cookies next.
I cannot hear any audio.
Try the following steps:
  1. Refresh your browser (This will restart the stream!)
  2. If refreshing didn't help, try the following:
    1. Adjust the volume control on your computer and speakers.
    2. Adjust the volume control located in the lower left corner of the Player.
    3. Restart your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
    4. Ensure that the volume is turned up on other video players, such as Quicktime, Real Player, or Windows Media player, as this might affect the video player sound.
    5. Using an Apple TV or Google Chromecast? Try disconnecting the mirrored stream and cast again.
Live stream buffering or video quality is low.
The Rough N Rowdy PPV stream will automatically adjust the Live streams video quality experience based on the strength of a users connection. By adjusting the video quality of the data, it improves the experience for users on slower networks, resulting in lower than normal video quality but also ensuring that the live video stream continues. If your live stream is buffering or the video quality is lower than expected there are a few things you can try.
Try the following steps:
  1. Refresh your browser (This will restart the stream!)
  2. If refreshing didn't help, try the following:
    1. Quit your browser application entirely and all other unnecessary applications running on your computer, then restart your browser. Avoid using multiple tabs.
    2. If using wireless internet (WiFi), try connecting directly to your modem or router with an Ethernet cable if available.
    3. If the issue remains, try restarting your router and your device. (This will resolve any type of temporary internet connectivity issue.)
I logged in and my browser is not redirecting to the stream? (Safari only)
If you are using the Safari browser and are having trouble accessing the streaming page we recommend after login try the following steps:
  1. Click Safari menu in top left
  2. Select Preferences…
  3. Click the Privacy tab
  4. Deselect "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking"
  5. Deselect "Ask websites not to track me"
I am experiencing issues playing video, does it matter that I have blocked 3rd party cookies?
Yes. You will need to unblock 3rd party cookies, in order to view the video stream.
You can find instructions below on how to re-enable 3rd party cookies from the following browsers:
  1. Firefox
  2. Google Chrome
  3. Safari

Airplay Troubleshooting

Why can't I AirPlay to Rough N’ Rowdy?
First and foremost, make sure you are connected to the same network as your Apple TV; Open roughnrowdybrawl.com in Chrome or Safari, make sure you are logged in and click the Airplay to button from your Mac’s top menu bar or select the airplay button from your mobile browser.
If you are signed in, but you still can't Airplay videos, power-cycle your Apple TV by following these steps.
  1. Unplug your Apple TV from power. Wait six seconds, then plug it back in.
  2. Reconnect the live stream and try again.

Airplay says it’s connected, but I can’t stream the video--why not?
The Apple TV device can get into a situation where it is not receiving data. To resolve this issue, power-cycle your Apple TV and turn Wi-Fi off and on.
My issue isn't listed above. Do you have any other solutions I can try?
  1. Make sure you have the most current version of your mobile or desktop browsers OS
  2. Make sure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome or Safari.
  3. Make sure your device is connected to the same wireless network as your Apple TV.
  4. Restart your router.

Chromecast Troubleshooting

Why can't I cast Rough N’ Rowdy?
First and foremost, make sure you have the Chromecast app installed on your phone or tablet; if you are using a PC or laptop, you'll need to install the Chromecast extension through your Chrome web browser, and open roughnrowdybrawl.com in Chrome, make sure you are logged in and in the top right, click More :: Cast when you want to cast videos.
If you have the app or extension installed, and you are signed in, but you still can't cast videos, power-cycle your Chromecast by following these steps:
  1. Remove the Chromecast device from the HDMI slot.
  2. Unplug the USB cable or power cable (depending on how the device is powered up).
  3. Reconnect the Chromecast and try again.

Chromecast says it’s connected, but I can’t stream to Chromecast--why not?
The Chromecast device can get into a situation where it is not receiving data. To resolve this issue, power-cycle your Chromecast by following the steps in the above solution.
If the video takes a long time to prepare for playback, there might be another program blocking the playback. Using AdBlock or Ad-Aware? Some customers have reported that turning off the AdBlock or Ad-Aware antivirus resolves playback issues.
